Love is an extra referral bonus

REFERRAL BONUSES

Cath Lab, OR, L&D, ICU, PCU, PICU, NICU (high need) | $1500

Qualifying roles:

Registered nurses in any of the below specialties are highly needed to support communities around the country. Any referral in these specialties is eligible for a $1,500 bonus per referral:

  • Cath Lab/IR
  • L&D
  • ICU
  • PCU
  • PICU
  • NICU
Registered Nurses (all specialties) | $1,000

Qualifying roles: 

Any registered nurse not listed above is eligible for a $1,000 referral bonus.

All Imaging Technician roles | $500

Qualifying roles: 

Any qualifying Imaging Technician specialties, such as Mammo Techs, Rad Techs, MRI Techs, X-ray Techs, etc.

MA/CNAs | $250

Qualifying roles:

Any qualifying Medical Assistants or CNAs. Medical Assistants must be located in Washington state with active MA-C.

 

Instead of Valentine’s Day cards, we’re hosting a special referral event to “Spread the Love” this February. Our NuWestees are known for being exceptional healthcare professionals, and when you refer your nurse or technician colleagues to NuWest, we know we’re meeting someone great.

For the month of February, we’re saying thank you by highlighting our referral bonuses and making it even more rewarding to share NuWest with your network. There’s no limit to how many people you can refer, and every eligible referral who completes an assignment earns you a referral bonus.

It pays to know great people.

More referrals mean more referral bonuses for you.

Each referral bonus is awarded when your referral works an assignment with NuWest.

In order to qualify:

  • You cannot refer yourself.
  • Anyone can submit a referral. You do not need to be employed by NuWest or a Healthcare Professional.
  • Referrals must not have been employed or paid by NuWest in the last 24 months.
  • Must make the referral between January 29th and February 28th using the referral form.
  • Referral must start on or before March 30th.
  • Referral must work at least 30 days. 
  • The bonus will be paid to the person who most recently submitted the referral.
  • The bonus will be paid within 30 days of qualification. 
  •  You will receive this bonus at the end of your referral’s successfully completed assignment.
