Please fax documents & signed authorization to 877.812.4050 attn. Payroll or send via email to Payroll@NuWestGroup.com. Turnaround time is 72-hr max depending on date of request.

For Clinical Employees requiring emergency assistance with a clinical issue, you may use our 24-hour number to access a NuWest team member for help. Please call (425) 531-7828 only in the case of emergency.
