• Share our crisis and urgent deployment assignments to your personal social media platforms such as Instagram Stories or your Facebook Page as well as other nursing-related online groups
• Tag @nuwestnursing on all relevant content and use the hashtag #nuwestambassador so that Marketing at NuWest may track your contributions
• Uphold our values at NuWest of transparency, specialization, commitment, and impact

• Share your enthusiasm for NuWest
• Encourage and engage in conversations regarding NuWest and travel nursing
• Proofread your copy to ensure it is professional and free of typos
• Share job posts from our Facebook page or Instagram feed to your social network
• Engage with our community via the NuWestees Traveler Group and offer tips or support to travelers where appropriate
• Communicate with other ambassadors via our NuWest Ambassadors group on Facebook and respect each other’s thoughts and opinions
• Offer information of value to new or existing travelers
• Tag @nuwestnursing on Instagram and Facebook in any posts mentioning us
• Use relevant hashtags to amplify post reach such as #travelnursing, #travelnurse, and #nursesofinstagram
• Use the hashtag #nuwestambassador for trackability on any posts
• Tag or credit any photos that are not your own
• Use the referral form when referring travelers
• Join meetings with the NuWest Marketing team to contribute your thoughts
• Inform anyone you are referring to NuWest that you are an ambassador with us
  • Feel free to share your experiences
  • If you do not know an answer, get clarification to ensure only accurate information is relayed to travelers

• If we do not offer a service or cover a cost, do not state otherwise
• Do not post any confidential information on behalf of NuWest or the health systems you work with (please review HIPAA regulations regarding social media)
• Do not disclose facilities or hospitals that NuWest is partnering alongside
• Do not share content from other NuWest nurses without asking their permission
• Do not speak to the media unless approved or asked to by NuWest
• Do not modify or change our brand or logo in any way without express permission
• Do not poach a traveler once a NuWest ambassador has already reached out to them
