Business Development Associate role
- Prospect new clients to generate new business leads
- Primarily target mid-size prospects
- Supports capture of new anchor accounts
- Educate new clients to NuWest service offerings
- Develop a network of business accounts that generate new client agreements
- Work directly with Account Managers to ensure client management is in place
- Develop and implement sales pipelines
- Negotiate master agreement terms
- Generate strategic business partnerships with new clients
- Assist in maintaining written correspondence with clients
- Partner with other divisions of NuWest to generate and implement new business opportunities
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Prospect new clients to generate new business leads

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Requirement(s):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Liberal Arts or related fields
Strong desire to work in the recruiting, sales, or human resources industry
Strong interest in working with people at different professional and educational
backgrounds

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to connect and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs

- Available to support client after hours/weekends as needed
- Meticulous and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to accurately attend to multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in all MS Office programs

What we offer
Compensation:
- Base Salary $60,000-$95,000
- Eligible for uncapped commissions
