Travel Nurse Recruiter

We are hiring a Travel Nurse Recruiter within our quality-first, national Healthcare recruiting firm. Our team starts with a people-first, solutions-focused approach to help our clients identify problems, and present creative, unique solutions. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Prospect new clients to generate new business leads

  • Develop a network of business accounts that generate new client agreements

  • Work directly with Account Managers to ensure client management is in place

  • Develop and implement sales pipelines

  • Negotiate master agreement terms

  • Generate strategic business partnerships with new clients

  • Assist in maintaining written correspondence with clients

  • Be actively involved in seeking out new methods for business development

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience Requirement(s):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Liberal Arts or related fields

  • Strong desire to work in the recruiting, sales, or human resources industry

  • Strong interest in working with people at different professional and educational

    backgrounds

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to connect and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence
  • High level of business acumen and organization
  • Available to support client after hours/weekends as needed
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to accurately attend to multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in all MS Office programs

  • Professional business communication experience preferred
  • Innate aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to work both quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency

What we offer

Compensation:

  • Base Salary $60,000-$95,000
  • Eligible for uncapped commissions
