Hiring Compliance Managers | Remote

Our headquarters is in Bellevue, WA, with the majority of our team in the Greater Seattle area and Scottsdale, AZ. We are currently a fully remote team in response to Covid-19 safety protocols. Remote work is optional even when we do shift into a hybrid work environment.

 

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Maintaining Joint Commission Accreditation standards
  • Quality checks and balances across the workflow
  • Understanding Federal, state, and local regulations for healthcare professionals
  • Experience with managing large complex teams and workflows
  • Strong Excel and technical experience to manage through various technology systems
  • Accountable for achieving business goals for a team.
  • Manage daily staffing and workflow, to ensure adherence to department quantity and quality standards
  • Meet regularly with individual team members; to provide continuous feedback and coaching to improve and maintain high quality customer experience.
  • Utilize reporting and direct observation to keep associates abreast of their performance towards those goals

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and minimum of four years of professional experience in managing operations of a staffing agency business; or Masters degree and two years of professional experience managing people, processes and policies.
  • Experience/Strong familiarity with applicant tracking software programs, such as Bullhorn.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Staffing Agency industry- healthcare staffing vertical desired
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to accurately attend to multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to politely yet firmly inform others of written and data inaccuracies
  • Innate aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to work both quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
