We’re hiring a Scientific Account Manager who will have the responsibility of, Meeting KPIs and targets to exceed client expectations – examples my include sub:fill ratio, time to fill, fill %, customer service reports, etc. We’re looking for someone who can execute high-quality delivery in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

Our headquarters is in Bellevue, WA, with the majority of our team in the Greater Seattle area and remote team members spanning every time zone in the U.S. We are currently a fully remote team with some optional office time due to the rise of Delta variant Covid-19 case. 

principle responsibilities and duties

  • Meeting KPIs and targets to exceed client expectations – examples my include sub:fill ratio, time to fill, fill %, customer service reports, etc. 
  • Manage the day to day communication with client 
  • Schedule intake calls with hiring managers for all new positions 
  • Own running reports and providing data that is important to client including time to fill, fill %, sub:fill ratio, etc. 
  • Send contractor report updates  
  • Identify strategic opportunities to service this client in an elevated capacity
  • Implement and execute on short-term and long-term account strategy
  • Manage job orders and active candidates in play
  • Work directly with recruiters to ensure candidate management is in place
  • Develop and implement recruiting plans with recruiting and sales teams
  • Coordinate submittal process, interviews, and client feedback loops
  • Maintain regular meetings and business rhythms with client via on-site, phone, and conference appointments
  • Identifying and pursuing additional business opportunities within AGC in partnership with AE
  • Communicate and escalate account challenges and solutions to AE effectively

required job qualifications


  • BA in Business, Communications, Psychology, Liberal Arts or related fields
  • Strong communication and ability to set expectations across functions
  • Proficient in all MS Office programs
  • Strong experience in managing and tracking projects in excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and solution-oriented approach
  • Available to support client after hours/weekends as needed


  • Prior experience working as an account manager
  • Knowledge and exposure to the scientific industry
